We intentionally minimise the amount of personal information we collect.

We do not provide a contact form.

Analytics cookies are only activated after consent through our cookie preferences.

Microsoft Clarity may record how visitors interact with pages, such as clicks and scrolling, to help us improve usability. Strict masking is applied: page text and anything you type are masked and do not appear in recordings. Microsoft Clarity recordings are configured to be retained for approximately 30 days.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Where necessary we share information with a small number of trusted service providers acting on our behalf:

International Transfers

Where personal information is transferred outside the EEA — for example to Google or Microsoft group companies in the United States — transfers are safeguarded by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary:

• Enquiry emails: up to two years after our last contact
• Records forming part of our business administration: seven years, as required by Dutch tax law
• Google Analytics data: 14 months
• Microsoft Clarity recordings: approximately 30 days

Your Rights

Depending on applicable law you may request:

• Restriction
• Objection
• Data portability
• Withdrawal of consent
